Aragona
AMC has provided a $12,150,000 ten-year fixed rate first mortgage loan to refinance the Aragona Retail Portfolio. The Portfolio consists of two multi-tenant retail centers totaling 94,448 SF located along a major corridor in Macomb Township, MI. Both properties are anchored by CVS. Other tenants include Ace Hardware and AutoZone. The proceeds of the Loan were used to repay existing debt and provide a return of equity to the sponsor.
