AMC's $13,000,000 first mortgage loan refinanced existing debt on the Best Western Prospect Park, a 99-room limited service Best Western Plus hotel located in the Sunset Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. Built in 2010, the Subject hotel offers a luxury spa, fitness facility, business center and meeting space and is located only five stops from Manhattan and three miles from the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, Prospect Park Zoo and the new Barclays Center - a 675,000 SF state of the art sports and entertainment venue which will be home to the professional basketball team, the Brooklyn Nets.
