AMC's $2,600,000 short-term LIBOR-based first mortgage facilitated the Borrower's acquisition of the Property following the Borrower's winning bid on Auction.com. The Property is a 53,798 SF, Class-B suburban office building located in the Los Angeles submarket of La Mirada, California. The improvements were built in 1982 and consist of one, 4-story office building along Interstate 5.
