South Bay Distribution Center
AMC has provided a $7,000,000 first mortgage loan to refinance the South Bay Distribution Center, a 116,834 SF industrial property located in Chula Vista, CA, in Southern San Diego County. The Property is highly functional, with 50 dock high doors, 23 grade level doors, significant parking for trucks, and easy access to Interstate 5, Interstate 805 and the Port of San Diego. Proceeds of the transaction were used to repay a maturing CMBS loan and to provide a return of equity to the borrower.
