The 10 and 12 story office building is located within Providence's financial district, and is within walking distance of the US District Courthouse, Providence City Hall and the Rhode Island State House. The Property is easily accessible from I-95, I-195 and US Route 6, providing access to neighboring cities of Boston, Hartford and New Haven. AMC closed the Loan 35 days after receiving a signed application, allowing the sponsor to repay all existing debt prior to maturity.
